ABOUT ME

Hello everyone, my name is David Clarke and I am a single Dad. My wife died two (2) years ago. I am the father to Kay and Kristoff two (2) teenagers and boy and a girl. Their ages range from 13 to 18. I work full-time as a Building Inspector in my country. I have been working as Building Inspectors for the past twenty-two (28) years as early as 1993.

A Building Inspectors examine construction development works, alteration, repairs, and renovation of buildings and others structure to ensure compliance with the building codes and standards, which is the primary means by which developments are regulated.

After approval is granted by the Local Authority the Building Inspectors makes regular inspections at the foundation stage of all developments after the foundation reinforcement is anchored in the ground or is placed in the footing area of the structure. Additional follow-up inspections are done throughout the project construction to monitor and maintain compliance with regulations.

Work hours are between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The hours are sometimes restrictive and owning my business is always at the top of my dreams. It is also a dream for many people. With the tools that I am exposed to now, I am starting to put my business ideas into practice and converting my dream into reality.

But there is a gap between your dream and reality that can only be filled with careful planning. As a business owner, you will need a plan to avoid pitfalls, achieve your goals and build a profitable business for you and your family.

I am using my Building Inspection skills and combine them with technology to create a business module that applies to the real world. I hope this experience comes through loud and clear to you as you follow some of my suggestions. I promise you will start generating new wealth. There are no big secrets, nor no magic skills to create huge wealth on the internet. These are techniques and methodologies to achieving success, and anyone can do it with the right team support.
